Franz Fellner	c36e59c31e	Set m_ignoreCurrentChangedSignal to false directly after setCurrentIndex() ... instead of in currentChanged(). This solves problems for the very first popup not triggering currentChanged(), so in that case the first item did not set the completion url. Franz Fellner	4c33d3563d	Add "Switch to Tab" mode for completion plopup, to just seitch to the tab ... that displays the url currently completed. Also add an option to disable the "switch tab" offer. That causes crashes when entering/leaving fullscreen mode when the tabbar has non-closable tabs. deleteLater() in the hideEvent left a dangling pointer in the corresponding QTabBarPrivate::Tab.
