[TabsOnTop] Fixed flickering when closing tab.

It only occured when closing tab and going to tab that hasn't
been loaded yet (don't load tabs until selected)

Qt5: Main code has been edited to support both Qt4 and Qt5
...
It doesn't include plugins yet.
Even thought the app can be built with Qt5 now, it won't run.
I am still working on a fix.
