SqlDatabase: Remove exec and execAsync methods

Create every QSqlQuery with correct database for current thread
...
Queries are now always executed on correct database instance.
Databases are also stored in thread local storage instead of in hash
table with mutex.
Closes #2498

[LocationCompleter] Run completions search in separate thread

Currently, there is one issue with inline domain completion. It is
also searched from the separate thread, and thus it gets displayed
after a small delay.

Instead of using worker thread, use multiple threads with QtConcurrent,
and hold database connections for each thread.
