Create every QSqlQuery with correct database for current thread
...
Queries are now always executed on correct database instance.
Databases are also stored in thread local storage instead of in hash
table with mutex.

IconProvider: Save icon urls as QString instead of QByteArray

Saving it as QByteArray results in sqlite treating it as binary data
and breaks the index search.

also searched from the separate thread, and thus it gets displayed
after a small delay.

[Code] Updated coding style with patched Astyle + normalized signals.

Code was formatted with patched astyle that correctly formats
foreach macro.
Normalize tool is now used to normalize all signal/slots signatures
to normalized format. It saves few reallocations on connections.
