    qmake QupZilla.pro
    make (unix) or nmake (Windows)
compiled binary is moved to bin folder

Windows:
    execute binary from bin folder
    
Unix
    move all folders (data, locale, plugins) to /usr/share/qupzilla
    move binary to /usr/bin
    execute binary here
