Added QtWebKit platform plugin for notifications and spellcheck.
...
It's mostly just copied implementation from qtwebkit-plugins repo.
Spellcheck is only very basic.
Spellcheck will be automaticaly compiled if pkg-config detects
installed hunspell library.
