AppVeyor: Save some minutes by making installer just for deploys.
...
- As we just deploy on new tags so for all other builds we don't need to make installer.
- To not complicating YAML file I used IF condition just for time wasting operation i.e. extracting dictionaries and creating installer

Travis: Use travis_wait for installing Qt.
...
- Sometimes installing Qt takes more than 10 minutes and since it has not output we have to use travis_wait
- For more info see: https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/common-build-problems/#Build-times-out-because-no-output-was-received
- Also note that travis_wait will output to a file so its output will not mixed with job output:

Fixed new tab not opening on mouse mid button click ( #2244 )

Whenever the user pressed the middle button the mouse press handler
in WebPage issued an 'execJavaScript' which has its own event loop
causing the mouse release handler to be called before the field
'm_clickedUrl' get the url in the first handler. Since this field
is used to guard the logic in the second handler the new tab wasn't
opening.
