Support for opening popup windows from JavaScript.
...
- it is now possible to detect and open popup windows
from window.open() javascript method.
- craeted classes PopupWindow, PopupWebView and PopupWebPage
for this purpose
- PopupWebView inherits from WebView
- PopupWebPage inherits from WebPage
